Each skewer is perfectlly grilled over Kishu Binchotan charcoal like artwork, using ingredients like Tankai Jidori chicken from Shiga, duck, ayu sweetfish, eel, and vegetables from Gifu. The owner, Mizuki, aims to bring out the true flavors of the ingredients and the simple yet meaningful word from guests: 'Delicious'.
