Fukuoka's soul food, "Torikawa" (chicken skin skewers). Experience the dedication in every bite at the popular "Torikawa Hakata Kawacco." Our secret lies in the meticulous preparation: each skewer is hand-rolled and grilled multiple times to remove excess fat, then soaked in a secret sauce aged for 50 years. This process concentrates the flavor into what we call "Hitokawa Nyukon" (Soul in every skin). Please enjoy our signature skewers and specialty side dishes.
