We feature seasonal specialties and prepare unique courses based on daily ingredient availability. Since our menu changes daily, we offer an "omakase" style - a creative full course presented in the Edo-mae sushi style with innovative ideas from our master chef that go beyond traditional boundaries. We also offer a rich selection of premium sake and wines. We prepare every detail with sincerity to welcome our guests.
