Monthly Lunch Menu (Example of 6-Course Menu *It changes monthly based on ingredients - Scallop Panna Cotta with Baby Potato Vichyssoise - Lightly Seared Alfonsino Carpaccio with Shiso Sauce - Anago Conger Eel Beignet Fritters with Corn Purée and Prosciutto - Wild Ayu Fish Aglio e Olio Spaghettini - Charcoal-Grilled Hida Beef - Mascarpone and Ricotta Cheese Mousse - Coffee, Tea, or Espresso <Lunch Reservations> - Please arrive on time as the lunch course starts promptly at 12:00 PM. If you’re running late, we may not be able to serve some dishes. - The chef prepares all dishes solo, so lunch takes about 110–120 minutes.
