Ginza Yoshizawa has been a renowned butcher shop since 1924, and it opened a new location in Ginza Itchome on 7/29/2024. For decades, we have been serving authentic Japanese flavors, including sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, using Wagyu beef carefully selected by the owner. On the 3rd floor, "Niku Kappo" offers a luxurious setting with hinoki wood counter seats. Enjoy our omakase course featuring seasonal ingredients and premium Wagyu beef, prepared right in front of you by chefs for a truly immersive dining experience.
