- What is Suntos? - In Japan, the Land of the Rising Sun, we offer the art of sushi. We honor the origins (sanchi) and the spirit (tamashii) in every dish. Enjoy the balance of appetizers, sushi rice, wine's acidity (sanmi), and umami. "Sushi Suntos" was designed to create a perfect pairing of sushi with wine, rather than simply matching wine to sushi. Every course is precisely prepared, with each ingredient selected to deliver a rich and unforgettable experience.
