A new challenge from a master chef whose previous restaurant was selected as one of the "Tabelog 100 Famous Restaurants" for five consecutive years. Located just a 5-minute walk from Ningyocho Station, our restaurant offers proud yakitori and Japanese cuisine courses made with fresh, farm-direct chicken, fish, and vegetables. Combining the expertise gained at a renowned yakitori restaurant in Hokkaido with the delicate techniques of Japanese cuisine learned in Tokyo, we strive for flavors that evolve daily. Our philosophy is to identify the optimal grilling method for each skewer to bring out the maximum umami of the ingredients. The interior features a total of 11 seats at a U-shaped counter. Please enjoy a special moment in a space filled with a sense of presence, where the skewers are grilled right before your eyes.
