A private, invitation-only salon located on the first floor of tHE OMOTESANDO. A cultural hub where artists, creators, and entrepreneurs who continuously challenge themselves without settling for the status quo come together. Experience a unique dining journey in an artistic space, with a reinterpreted Italian cuisine at its core. The chef, who is also a sommelier, offers carefully curated alcohol and non-alcohol pairings. The menu evolves in sync with the gallery's exhibitions, creating a dynamic fusion of art and gastronomy. The salon features a spacious counter with eight seats, where the chef personally interacts with guests while preparing dishes, as well as an exclusive, soundproofed private room with six seats, allowing for intimate and uninterrupted conversations.
