Committed to freshness, we grill carefully selected ingredients from Niigata and across Japan using grilling techniques honed over more than half a century, presenting the ultimate skewer through our omakase course. Enjoy a new "Niigataya," built on our secret seasoning developed through over half a century of trial and error, with those techniques passed down and further refined.
