A casual French restaurant serving distinctive offal dishes prepared with authentic techniques. In France, offal is called “abats”. It's the ultimate slow food, made step by step by a retired farmer grandmother. Located in Meguro Ginza Shopping Street, Tatsumi is a hidden bistro where offal cuisine, masterfully prepared and elegantly served. Our chef, trained in France for 2 and a half years, captivates guests with whimsical names such as the signature “Abajure", serving creative dishes grounded in technical mastery. We offer a wide selection of meats sourced from Japan and abroad, prepared with creative cooking techniques, and enjoyed casually alongside over 150 varieties of wine.
