Our restaurant opened in the Gion area of Kyoto at the end of 2004. Before starting this journey, I had the opportunity to taste the freshest beef, prepared by a master of meat specialist. The taste, texture, and aroma were unlike anything I had ever experienced, and I wanted to share that incredible flavor with as many people as possible.
