We are a Spanish restaurant where you can enjoy delicious ingredients in perfectly ‘just-right’ portions with an à la carte style. “Full-course meals feel too heavy…" “I want to eat only what I like…” “I just want to enjoy the appetizers here!” For guests who prefer flexibility and choice, we offer an ‘Optimo (Optimal)’ experience with our à la carte menu. At lunch, we serve a variety of tapas, authentic rice dishes, and desserts. At dinner, enjoy a selection of dishes—from classic to modern—each with a creative twist, all served à la carte. We offer a premium selection of Spanish wines, along with selected Burgundy options.
