Wine Bar Apio(隠れ屋ワインバー Apio)

Apio is a quiet and relaxed wine bar located in the Shinjuku–Okubo area. Just a 1-minute walk from Okubo Station North Exit and 6 minutes from Shin-Okubo Station, Apio is conveniently located within walking distance from Shinjuku, making it easy to stop by after sightseeing or work. Opened recently on 11/1/2025, we have already offered over 160 different wines, selecting only the finest for our guests. We offer over 70 wines at all times, including red, white, orange, rosé, and sparkling, as well as exclusive Japanese wines that can only be enjoyed at Apio. In addition to wine, we offer a wide variety of drinks, including 50 types of whiskey, 20 types of gin, classic liqueurs, as well as freshly squeezed lemon and grapefruit sours. For our food menu, we select only the dishes we truly find delicious, after testing a variety of ingredients ourselves. We offer a wide range of dishes that pair perfectly with both wine and whiskey, including rare Omiya sausages, Japanese-style soy sauce pasta, pate de campagne, nuts, olives, and farm-fresh dried fruits. Our concept is “a wine bar you’ll want to come back to.” We focus on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where first-time guests can feel completely at ease, leaving you with a lingering sense of comfort and lightness as you leave.
