Simplicité In Japanese, Simplicité means "simple". Simplicity is both the origin, the destination of beauty and flavor. In French, Simplicité is a feminine noun. In Old French, it also carried meanings such as “inherent honesty” and “straightforward sincerity.” From these origins, simplicity—defined by clarity and honesty—can be seen as a form of sincerity. We chose the name Simplicité to express our desire to approach people, ingredients, and cuisine with a sincere and humble heart. We strive each day to ensure that every guest experiences this spirit.
