The name 'HASABON' comes from the Zen word '破沙盆/Hasabon,' representing the lasting beauty of traditional Japanese items. You can enjoy Chef Takahiro Kosaka's French-inspired dishes using Japanese tea at a traditional Kominka house in Kagurazaka. While the 1st floor counter seats allow guests to chat with the chef and sommelier, the table seat on the 2nd floor is in a private room, ideal for special occasions.
