Located in the "Ramen激戦区" (Ramen Battleground) within KITTE Marunouchi, Kaneda offers a signature Shoyu Ramen featuring a rich broth made from five types of Setouchi-sourced dried sardines. Our Hirauchi Zaru-Soba (flat noodles with a choice of dipping broth) is also highly recommended. We pour our passion into every detail—from the noodles and broth to the Akita Komachi rice cooked in traditional clay pots. Feel free to enjoy our complimentary fresh raw eggs on the table to create your own original TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan)!
