츠키지역에서 도보 2분, 골목 안에 자리한 긴자 후카 (銀座風香) 는 2025년 7월 18일 문을 연 말차와 일본차를 테마로 한 스페셜티 아틀리에입니다. 시즈오카 와라시카(藁科)를 뿌리로 하는 일본차 브랜드로서, 최고급 우지 말차와 싱글 오리진 일본차를 중심으로 한 이곳에서만 만날 수 있는 시그니처 빙수를 선보입니다. 말차의 깊고 진한 감칠맛을 극대화한 'EXTRAIT', 바닐라와 말차가 아름다운 그라데이션을 이루는 'ABSOLUTE', 일상 속 우아한 말차 라테를 표현한 'INTENSE' 를 비롯해, 와라시카 녹차와 로스팅 호지차를 테마로 한 작품까지, 일본차의 개성을 한 그릇 한 그릇에 담아냈습니다. 모든 빙수에는 각각의 디저트를 위해 설계된 페어링 음료가 함께 제공됩니다. 직접 말차를 만들어 즐기는 체험, 진한 말차 샷 'Profondità', 싱글 오리진 일본차 등과 함께 디저트와 하나가 되는 새로운 티(Tea) 경험을 만끽하실 수 있습니다. 매장은 오래된 일본 전통 가옥을 현대적으로 리노베이션한 공간으로, 나무의 은은한 향이 감도는 높은 천장의 개방감이 매력적입니다. 분재와 다도 도구, 일본 각지의 공예품을 현대적인 감각으로 배치해 도쿄다운 모던 재패니즈 감성을 연출했습니다. 한 잔의 차와 한 그릇의 빙수를 통해 일본차의 새로운 매력과 일본 특유의 미학을 만나는 특별한 시간을 긴자 후카에서 경험해 보세요.

The Standard Plan includes a pot of Japanese tea, serving approximately three cups, allowing you to relax and savor a leisurely evening tea experience. The mini parfait reimagines flavors popular in our summer shaved ice in a style unique to the autumn and winter seasons.
