Owner-chef Tomohiro Ishida creates seasonal cha-kaiseki courses, inspired by the traditions of tea ceremony, calligraphy, and Japanese flower arrangement, using the finest ingredients. The experience is enhanced by a chef's selection of Japanese sake and Burgundy wines. With a solid ironwood counter and private tea-room-style seating, the elegant sukiya-style (a traditional Japanese architectural style) space offers a refined and intimate dining experience.
