    DAL-MATTO has become one of the most sought-after dining spots, known for its overwhelming popularity among food lovers. Both lunch and dinner are served as omakase courses, featuring vegetables from contracted farms, fresh seafood, and meats. The wine list includes about 100 varieties of Italian wines. The lunch-exclusive sparkling wine free-flow for ¥1,650 and house wine (white and red) free-flow for ¥1,760 (90 minutes) are also very popular.
