The famous "Damena Rinjin" has finally opened its doors in Shinjuku Kabukicho! Our signature Shoyu (Soy Sauce) Ramen features a premium soup made with carefully selected soy sauces. Every element—from the noodles and soup to the "Akita Komachi" rice cooked in traditional clay pots—is crafted with obsession. Customization & Sides: We offer free raw eggs on the table, allowing you to create your own original TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan / Egg over rice) to pair with your meal. Atmosphere & Takeout: The interior features a futuristic design, providing a welcoming atmosphere for solo diners and female guests alike. Our popular Mazesoba (soupless noodles) is also available for takeout—please feel free to ask our staff. As the second location following the original Ningyocho shop, we continue to serve authentic ramen made with strictly selected ingredients.
