Located in the "Ramen激戦区" (Ramen Battleground) within KITTE Marunouchi, Kaneda offers a signature Shoyu Ramen featuring a rich broth made from five types of Setouchi-sourced dried sardines. Our Hirauchi Zaru-Soba (flat noodles with a choice of dipping broth) is also highly recommended.
