    DAL-MATTO Nishiazabu is an Italian restaurant dedicated to delighting food lovers. Owner chef Masato Hirai personally selects organic vegetables from local farms and Italy, along with seafood and meats directly from the fish market and farms. We offer an omakase course that brings out the best in each ingredient. We hope you enjoy your meal to the fullest, paired with our selected fine drinks.
