Looking for a ramen shop in Minato-ku Roppongi? Come visit us. Located a 2-minute walk from Roppongi Station on the Hibiya and Oedo subway lines, we are a ramen restaurant directly managed by a long‑established noodle factory in Kumamoto. Our specialty is ‘Nodogoshi Nama-men (tsukemen)’, noodles made from a blend of natural underground water from Aso in Kumamoto and domestic wheat flour. We also recommend our ‘Sinless Jiro’, made with domestic ingredients and our special extra‑thick noodles tailored to match the soup. In addition, we offer a wide variety of ramen such as Chinese-style ramen and mixed soba, as well as seasonal limited ramen. Side dishes are also plentiful, including handmade wontons, juicy gyoza dumplings, and soft roast pork rice bowls.
