Ginza Fuka, nestled in a quiet back alley just a 2-minute walk from Tsukiji Station, opened its doors on July 18, 2025, and has already become a popular high-end shaved ice specialty shop with weekend queues forming regularly. Crafted from natural ice from Mt. Fuji, each shaved ice is delicately shaved to achieve a texture as soft and airy as “angel wings.” The desserts are finished with luxurious syrups made from Mariage Frères tea, Moët & Chandon Champagne, and seasonal fruits like ripe strawberries and mangoes. Each shaved ice comes with a paired drink, ranging from original teas made with fine French and British tea leaves to rare Japanese whiskies and premium brandies, available as optional upgrades. The signature menu offers a luxurious and innovative culinary experience that continues to captivate sophisticated food lovers with discerning palates. The interior features a renovated traditional Japanese house, with soaring ceilings and the calming scent of wood. Bonsai trees and a curated mix of Japanese and Western crafts are displayed throughout the space, offering new discoveries and a sense of comfort with every visit. This set includes a shaved ice dessert paired with tea. * We operate on a reservation-priority system. During busy times, you may be asked to wait even if you have a reservation. Ex) Without a reservation – approximately 2 hours wait * Each guest is required to order at least 1 shaved ice. * To accommodate all guests during busy periods, dining time is limited to 40 minutes. * If you do not arrive at your reserved time, your place in line may be skipped. * Shaved ice selections are made on the day of your visit. Some items may incur an additional charge depending on your choice.
