GINZA FUKA (銀座風香)

Located in a back alley just a 2-minute walk from Tsukiji Station, "Ginza Fuka" is a specialty atelier themed around matcha and Japanese tea that was born on July 18, 2025. As a Japanese tea brand with roots in Warashina, Shizuoka, we offer one-of-a-kind signature shaved ice that takes premium Uji matcha and single-estate Japanese tea as the main attractions. Each dish expresses the individuality of Japanese tea, including "EXTRAIT," which brings out the rich umami of matcha to the absolute limit; "ABSOLUTE," a beautiful gradation woven by vanilla and matcha; and "INTENSE," which expresses an elegant matcha latte that fits into daily life, as well as creations themed around Warashina green tea and roasted hojicha. All shaved ice comes with a pairing drink designed specifically for that single dish. You can enjoy a new tea experience that integrates with the dessert, such as matcha you whisk yourself, the dense matcha shot "Profondità," or single-estate Japanese tea. The interior of the shop is an open-ceiling space filled with the scent of wood, created by boldly renovating a historic kominka (traditional folk house). Bonsai, tea utensils, and crafts from various parts of Japan are displayed with a contemporary sensibility, creating a world of modern Japanism unique to Tokyo.
