This is a creative cuisine restaurant near Shoin Jinja. After training for 3 years at a Kyoto cuisine restaurant, 6 years at NARISAWA, and 2 years at Wasa, the chef further honed his skills during the preparation for independence at Lien in Ikejiri-Ohashi and merachi in Nishi-Azabu before opening his own place. With the theme of a “Umaimon-ya” (delicious food house), we offer dishes that nourish both the heart and body, using carefully selected ingredients, including those from the chef’s hometown of Kagoshima.
