Ginza Yoshizawa has been a renowned butcher shop since 1924, and it opened a new location in Ginza Itchome on 7/29/2024. For decades, we have been serving authentic Japanese flavors, including sukiyaki and shabu-shabu, using Wagyu beef carefully selected by the owner. On the 2nd floor, "Nikudokoro" offers a warm and elegant space with hinoki wood accents. Our signature sukiyaki blends Kanto and Kansai styles, prepared with our original warishita sauce to bring out the rich umami of the beef.
