A new “Quinto” has opened in Ginza. Quinto is a restaurant that combines 2 ingredients and lets you enjoy how their flavors change and develop together. By adding charcoal grilling as a cooking method, it further enhances and brings out the best qualities of each ingredient. By cooking each ingredient at the exact moment when it is at its freshest and most flavorful, the restaurant creates a “clean, refined taste”. This taste becomes a special dining experience that engages all five senses—appearance, aroma, and flavor. Please enjoy that special experience at Quinto in Ginza.
