Reservation Rules

• If you are making a reservation for multiple people at once, you may do so as long as everyone selects the same menu. However, if you wish to choose different menus, we kindly ask that you make separate reservations for each menu. (For example, if two people would like to order different menus, please make two separate reservations—one for each person with their preferred menu.)
• Customers who wish to order the KOICHA + Iced Matcha Glass Set are kindly requested to select the KOICHA Set and contact the restaurant via DM or phone. Please note that an additional fee applies for the iced matcha glass option, which will be charged on the day of your visit.
• If you are dining with children, please note each child is required to reserve and order 1 menu item. If you are going to select different menus from those of the children, we kindly ask you make a separate reservation to secure seating for each.
• For the time being, we accept reservations on weekends and holidays for shaved ice set menus only.
• You may reschedule your reservation once by phone, provided you contact us at least 1 week before your reservation date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any changes after that due to preparation and scheduling requirements. Thank you for your understanding. Phone: +81 80-7508-2778
