    - From Ryogoku to the world - Karin, named after the owner’s grandfather, is led by Head Chef Shunta Hashimoto and Sous Chef Ginyu Nagasawa, offering exceptional sushi and Japanese dishes. Chef Hashimoto, popular on social media, trained at one of Japan’s top restaurants and learned how to select fresh ingredients. He personally chooses ingredients every morning at Toyosu Market, reflecting his firm commitment to quality. The interior features a Yakusugi cedar counter that combines luxury and comfort. Our service goes beyond its price.

    We start the day early by going to Toyosu Market to select the best seasonal ingredients available that morning. The course includes about 5 seasonal appetizers that highlight these ingredients, approximately 12 pieces of sushi, and a dessert. The meal is completed with our specialty Karin roll, promising a satisfying finish.

    Lunch Course Featuring Tuna from Yunoka

    We start the day early by going to Toyosu Market to select the best seasonal ingredients available that morning. The course includes about 2 seasonal dishes that highlight the seasonal ingredients, 8 pieces of sushi, plus tuna from Yunoka.
