The current owner, Keisuke Yamada, trained for 11 years at the renowned Roppongi restaurant Yoshizawa, and now offers seasonal appetizers and kaiseki-style course that reflect his refined experience. Thanks to long-standing relationships with trusted suppliers, we are able to source the freshest seasonal ingredients with expert selection.
