Yakuzen-HInabeTouka is a fully reservation-only hot pot restaurant located in Nishinakasu, Fukuoka. When you open the entrance door, you are greeted by a refined, serene space featuring specially commissioned persimmon-tannin-dyed Japanese paper made by artisans from Oribe, Kyoto. Supervised by a hot pot enthusiast living in Sichuan who visited over 100 hot pot restaurants in 2 years, this authentic hot pot tailored to Japanese tastes offers not only rich and deep flavors but also potential benefits for beauty and health.
