Ajuuta (あじゅう田)

We serve sushi rooted in Edomae tradition, expertly made with the best ingredients from across Japan. Seating is available at the chef’s counter or in a private room (phone reservations only). Our focus is on nigiri style—bringing out the best balance of temperature, aroma, texture, and flavor. The sushi rice is made with great care, using specially selected rice, water, vinegar, and salt to create a rich and lasting taste. We take special pride in our tuna, prepared to highlight its deep flavor and aroma. Each piece is made to be a truly memorable bite.
