    Located in Fukuoka, a city loved by food enthusiasts from Japan and abroad, illimité provides a unique and creative dining experience. Our chef trained at the 3-Michelin-starred French restaurant Quintessence, and later served as executive chef at Équateur in Tokyo. At illimité, he presents an innovative course menu based on French cuisine, subtly infused with Japanese and Chinese flavors. Each dish combines expert technique with surprising ingredient pairings, resulting in a fresh and memorable dining experience. We serve a seasonal omakase course made with selected ingredients and refined cooking techniques. Guests can also enjoy wine pairings featuring premium selections, or non-alcoholic tea pairings with specialty teas from Kyushu and other renowned regions. Perfect for those who prefer not to drink or are dining with children.
