Specially selected Japanese beef and genre-less a la carte at a hideaway in Azabu Higashi-Azabu, a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Azabu Juban. Amidst the many famous sushi and Italian restaurants, a new a la carte restaurant has opened in Higashi-Azabu, a little away from the bustle of Azabu-Juban. The a la carte menu is unimaginable, with specially selected Japanese beef of a quality that is the envy of even famous restaurants. The chef personally searches for seasonal vegetables and seafood directly from the producing areas, and sometimes goes hunting for wild mushrooms and game he gathers himself in the wilds. Enjoy a wonderful time with natural ingredients, gibier, and other dishes prepared right before your eyes, conversation with the chef, and good wine.
