    • Each guest must order at least one of the following dishes: - Unaju (eel rice box) - Seiro-mushi (steamed eel rice) - Kabayaki (grilled eel with sauce) - Shirayaki (plain grilled eel) Children younger than elementary school age are exempt from this requirement.
    • <<About Our Premium Eel "Deshiko">> We strive to provide "Deshiko" eel to guests with reservations. However, due to farming and supply conditions, it may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, standard eel may be served instead. We appreciate your understanding.
    • The reservation holder must be present at entry. Access may be denied if another person arrives in their place.
