Hisamatsu (久松)

A 3-minute walk from Kannai Station in Yokohama. Hisamatsu is a Japanese restaurant located on the 6F of a building with a serene Japanese atmosphere, relocated and reopened in December 2025. Our specialty is Jiyaki (Kansai-style eel), prepared with large eel sourced from across Japan and grilled over charcoal without steaming. Eel grilled over Bincho charcoal, crispy on the outside and tender inside, served with a rich house-made sauce of wasanbon sugar and sake mirin. In addition to eel, we serve authentic kaiseki dishes with fresh fish from Misaki Port and seasonal natural ingredients. Featuring a birch counter in a luxurious setting, the restaurant offers both a main counter and private counter rooms for a more intimate dining experience.
