Yakitori Nakamura is a counter-only yakitori restaurant with a classic, refined style. The natural wood interior makes it perfect for special occasions or a date. Our omakase course features perfectlly grilled Hinai-jidori chicken over Kishu binchotan charcoal, keeping the outside crispy and the inside juicy. We especially recommend our hand-cut thigh meat and flavorful tsukune-meatball with a delightful crunchy cartilage texture. Seasonal vegetables are served as well as chicken skewers to enhance your dining experience.
