The chef owner, Taketo Isoda, trained for 8 years at "Shinbashi Hoshino" before opening his own restaurant in April 2021. It has since become very popular, making reservations hard to get. Located in the nostalgic Ningyocho district, the restaurant has a peaceful atmosphere with just 10 seats at a white wood L-shaped counter. You can enjoy carefully prepared dishes in a relaxed setting. From across the counter, you can watch the chef prepare the food, enjoying the aromas and cooking process up close. It's a must-visit for anyone wanting to experience authentic Japanese cuisine.
