After spending 3 years at a hotel in Kitakyushu city and 16 years as sous chef at Kitajimaya in Yotsuya, known as one of the top spots for classic French cuisine, Yoshikazu Oishi opened his own restaurant, Ginza Oishi, 5 years ago. Inspired by daily conversations with guests and fresh ingredients, his menu blends classic French with Japanese flavors, changing every 2 months. It's all about providing a personalized portion and "Theater-Style-French" where you can watch your meal come together right in front of you while enjoying a conversation with the chef at the counter. Recently, we've had many repeat international guests. French cuisine may seem high-end, but here at Ginza Oishi, we create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with delicious, fun, and unique dishes made just for you. Come experience our one-of-a-kind dining world!
