Sushi Sennin–produced ‘Sushi Red Vinegar’ branch: Sushi Senzu Honten, Osaka Station. Using a 10-year-aged secret red vinegar, we prepare slightly firm red sushi rice and top it with high-quality, seasonal ingredients, offering sushi from ¥300 per piece. We take great care in sourcing: our bluefin tuna is supplied by a renowned specialty shop, and all other seafood is expertly selected for peak freshness.
