Our head chef, trained at renowned Kyoto hotels and traditional Japanese restaurants while mastering the latest culinary techniques, presents exquisite dishes. The meat specialist, honed in long-established kitchens, hand-selects and individually cuts each piece of wagyu, allowing you to fully savor it as yakiniku. Enhancing each meat dish, a Bib Gourmand–awarded chef offered signature highlights. One of the signatures of our restaurant is the Seasonal Grilled Kuzumochi, inspired by the “sesame tofu” the chef encountered during training at a Kyoto hotel 30 years ago. Served as-is, grilled, or fried, its versatile preparations continue to delight and surprise. We have cherished this sesame tofu for over 20 years, presenting it now as a seasonal grilled kuzumochi. We use premium white sesame along with seasonal ingredients such as bamboo shoots, new onions, corn, daikon, and turnip to create our iconic Seasonal Grilled Kuzumochi.
