距離築地站步行2分鐘，隱身於靜謐巷弄中的 銀座風香，是一間以抹茶與日本茶為主題的精品茶藝空間，於2025年7月18日正式開幕。 作為源自靜岡藁科的日本茶品牌，我們嚴選頂級宇治抹茶與單一產地日本茶，打造唯有在此才能品味的招牌刨冰系列，呈現日本茶的極致魅力。 無論是將抹茶濃郁鮮旨發揮至極致的 「EXTRAIT」、展現香草與抹茶優雅漸層之美的 「ABSOLUTE」、詮釋精緻抹茶拿鐵風味的 「INTENSE」，以及以藁科綠茶、焙煎焙茶為主題的作品，每一道甜品都細膩展現日本茶獨有的個性與風味。 每款刨冰皆搭配專屬設計的佐飲，讓整體風味更加完整。您可親手點製抹茶，品嚐濃郁抹茶濃縮 「Profondità」，或細細感受單一產地日本茶，與甜品共同構成一場嶄新的品茶體驗。 店內由歷史悠久的日式古民家大膽改造而成，挑高開放式空間瀰漫著溫潤木香。盆栽、茶道器具及來自日本各地的工藝品，以現代美學巧妙陳設，營造出充滿東京風格的現代和風空間。 誠摯邀請您蒞臨 銀座風香，透過一杯好茶與一份刨冰，感受日本茶嶄新的魅力，體驗日本獨有的美學時光。

Enjoy Japanese tea and sweets in Ginza after dark with “YOICHA.” “YOICHA” is Ginza Fuka’s nighttime afternoon tea experience, available exclusively by reservation. Enjoy a colorful selection of wagashi and Japanese sweets, a mini parfait crafted using Ginza Fuka’s tea, and a specially paired Japanese tea. The Standard Plan includes a pot of Japanese tea, serving approximately three cups, allowing you to relax and savor a leisurely evening tea experience. The mini parfait reimagines flavors popular in our summer shaved ice in a style unique to the autumn and winter seasons. We invite you to enjoy an evening tea experience unique to Ginza Fuka, where seasonal sweets and Japanese tea come together in harmony. 【Course Includes】 Assorted wagashi and Japanese sweets Selections are at the chef’s discretion. Mini parfait: Strawberry & Floral Milk Tea / Tsukimachi-gumo Flavors may vary depending on the season. Your selected tea will be served in a pot, providing approximately three cups to enjoy as you spend a relaxing afternoon in Ginza. The mini parfait reimagines flavors popular in our summer shaved ice in a style unique to the autumn and winter seasons.
