Our small, hidden restaurant is located in a back alley of Higashiyama, Nakameguro. There’s no sign outside, just look for the grey staircase and prefab-style building. We serve creative dishes and wine without being limited to one style. As we’re from Chiba, we focus on using fresh vegetables from Chiba farms. Every day, we prepare dishes using seasonal vegetables, fish, and meat. If you're lucky, we may also offer wild game meats like venison or wild boar from Chiba. Come and enjoy the taste of each season with your senses and your mind ('nou’).
