Tempura Uemura is a reservation-only tempura restaurant opening in October 2024 in Bando-bashi, Yokohama, run by young chef Taichi Uemura. The restaurant has just 10 seats (6 counter seats and 4 tatami-style counter seats), offering an intimate and relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy tempura freshly fried right in front of you. We focus on bringing out the full potential of each ingredient. Our preparation and frying techniques are entirely self-taught and truly one of a kind.
