Our restaurant name 'HIIRAGI GINZA' is derived from 2 words. 'Hiiragi' means holly, which is known as 'a protective tree'. 'Ginza' refers to the global hub for trends and fashion. Holly symbolizes fancy, relaxing, and a warm welcome. Inspired by this, we strive to create a prestigious and comforting space for our guests. "HIIRAGI GINZA" is a brand dedicated to bringing carefully selected Japanese sweets to the world. Our first store, located in the heart of Ginza, offers a place for both local and international customers to enjoy our special treats.
