Our restaurant is in a quiet neighborhood in Ashiya, Hyogo. The atmosphere is calm but with a fun touch. We serve light and crispy tonkatsu made with a special method supervised by Tonkatsu Noguchi, famous from Expo 2025 Osaka. Our tonkatsu is unlike any fried food you’ve tried before. We offer a new and fresh take on tonkatsu for all our guests.
