The owner, a skilled grill master who has served as a manager and wine sommelier at Yakiniku Jumbo Shirokane and Yakiniku Yazawa Tokyo, carefully grills Japanese wagyu over charcoal for your enjoyment.
Our signature dish, 'A5 Black Wagyu Sirloin with Aomori Prefecture's Sixteenth Generation Bright Red Eggs,' embodies a unique hybrid of 'yakiniku x sukiyaki.' We started this restaurant as a couple with the hope that as many people as possible can enjoy this dish and find joy in it.
