Kaede-an is a long-run soba restaurant that has been in operation since the postwar era. From the noodles and dipping sauce to the tempura flakes, everything is prepared in-house to serve a bowl of soba that you can enjoy with confidence and satisfaction. The current owner, Keisuke Yamada, trained for 11 years at the renowned Roppongi restaurant Yoshizawa, and now offers seasonal appetizers and kaiseki-style course that reflect his refined experience. Thanks to long-standing relationships with trusted suppliers, we are able to source the freshest seasonal ingredients with expert selection.
