Sushi Imagine has opened on Gokomachi Street, a historic area of Kyoto lined with traditional "machiya" townhouses. Through our sushi, we aim to create a memorable experience that warms our guests' hearts by the time they leave the restaurant. To achieve this, we stay committed to this philosophy in every piece of sushi we prepare. We’ve restored a rare 100-year-old machiya in Kyoto, utilizing the skilled craftsmanship of sukiya-style artisans. From our decor to our ingredients, every detail has been thoughtfully selected.
