The popular Italian restaurant "DAL - MATTO" known for its hard-to-get reservations in Nishiazabu, is now bringing its delicious dishes to Roppongi Hills. In February 2019, the restaurant was redesigned into a more luxurious space, offering a sophisticated, adult atmosphere. The menu features fresh, seasonal ingredients such as vegetables, seafood, and Japanese beef, with courses highlighting the best of Japanese flavors. A variety of à la carte dishes are also available. Private rooms are offered, making it ideal for dates, business meetings, and special gatherings.
